Free English Lesson (For fresh helpers)

To help new helpers adapt smoothly, we offer free basic English lessons covering:

Common greetings (Good morning, Good afternoon, Good night)
Basic mannerisms and polite expressions
Counting numbers from 1 to 100
Everyday vocabulary (e.g., eggs, rice, dish soap, clothing detergent)

Our lessons focus on simple, practical English that helps helpers communicate confidently in daily situations.

Free Basic Cooking Training (For fresh helpers)

We provide complimentary basic cooking training to ensure your helper is equipped with everyday kitchen skills. This includes:

Stir-frying vegetables
Cooking fluffy, fragrant rice
Preparing simple soups (like ABC soup and egg soup)
Cooking easy, nutritious meat dishes

Our goal is to help your helper feel confident in the kitchen and support your household with care and warmth.

Hiring Process made Easy

Call or WhatsApp us to get started. During our first conversation, we’ll gather details about your household needs to help us find the best match for you.

Please share as much information as possible, such as:

Number of children and their ages
Flat type and size
Total number of people in the household
Number of off days you're offering
Your salary budget
Any elderly at home and if special care is required
Preference for a basic or experienced helper
Whether English-speaking is necessary

The more details you provide, the better we can match you with a suitable and reliable helper.

Once we understand your needs, we’ll begin the matching process and guide you through the next steps:

Receive biodata: We’ll send you a selection of carefully matched helper profiles based on your requirements.
Shortlist candidates: Take your time to review and shortlist the ones that best suit your household.
Schedule interviews: After you confirm your shortlist, we will arrange video interviews at your convenience.
Translation support: Our team will be present to assist with translation and communication during the interview if needed.

This step ensures you get to know the helper personally before making a final decision with full confidence.

Once you’ve selected your helper and everything is confirmed, we’ll proceed with the final steps:

Sign the Service Agreement: We’ll send you the agreement to sign, confirming the terms.
Pay the Deposit: A deposit will be collected to confirm your booking.
Arrange for Helper’s Arrival: We’ll start arranging for your helper’s travel to Singapore.
Assist with Insurance: We’ll help secure the required insurance for your domestic helper.

This step ensures everything is legally in place as your helper prepares to join your household.
